CURRENT NEWS – January 2019 Happy New Year!!! We hope everyone’s new year is off to a great start and that 2019 will prove to be a wonderful year for all. A big Thank You to our new and old friends who have been coming to our shows and supporting CCCHA!!! We are grateful for all. Our season is half way through and there are a couple new items to be aware of. We are working on a venue for our Year End Awards Banquet and have a tentative date of April 20, 2019. And speaking of year end awards; a reminder that you must attend one half plus one of our shows to qualify for some wonderful prizes. If that seems confusing here’s a little help; if we have 6 completed shows, you must show in 4 of them. Starting at our February 9th show, the club will be offering all CCCHA members a FREE flag clinic immediately following the show. Our first clinician will be Tim Horn. Space will be limited so please let us know if you would like to participate. And remember, when our flag is up, it is there for our members to use for FREE!!! Another item of great importance is our CCCHA board. We will have an election coming up at the end of our season and need nominees or and/or those willing to serve on the CCCHA board. Please consider becoming a part of the board!!! In our first 3 shows we paid out almost $2,000 in added money!!! What other club cutting can you go to with the best footing and awesome cattle and actually have a chance to come out ahead?? Thank you to our sponsors who helped to make that happen. Patriot Sun Control, Kurt Roberts/Midway Chevrolet, L&B Association Consultants, LLC and Mike Wood Performance Horses. If in need, please utilize our sponsors services. Also, we need to thank our private contributors to CCCHA; Stephen and Kay Terrell and Temmy Evans. Your support is greatly appreciated!! For more information, you can call any board member or email us at cavecreekcutting@gmail.com. See you in the cutting pen!!! Get a grip, let loose and hang on!!!!
