The training experience with Phil consists of individualized training goals and programs based on each rider and the horse's potential, strengths and weaknesses in a honest and straight forward way. When giving lessons, he believes that people need things broken down in a way that they can understand, so the lessons make sense and people understand what to do and why.

Furthermore, Phil boasts that he does not want more than 10-12 horses in training at a time. Keep it small, focused, and individualized so that his clients and horses can really be pushed and closely monitored so they can exceed all goals and expectations.
