Al Dunning has owned and operated the Almosta Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1970. Over the years, Al has developed his multi-faceted equine business with a focus on the development of champion horses and riders. With over 45 World and Reserve World Titles, Al and his students have dominated in AQHA, NCHA, NRCHA, and NRHA events. His love of teaching has taken Al all over the world, conducting clinics and sharing his techniques and philosophies of horsemanship. In addition, he has developed Team AD, an online lesson and mentoring program, and AD Tack, an online store for tack and training equipment.

Tim is originally from Australia where he grew up with horses. His father, an accomplished horseman in his own right owned a 2,500 acre cattle sheep operation and horses were a necessity to run the operation. Tim started breaking horses for the local ranchers and soon acquired a name for turning out good solid work horses. Tim came to the United States in 1982 where he transitioned successfully to the training of cutting horses.

You can find the operations of Tim Horn Cutting Horses on his ranch outside of Queen Creek, Arizona near the San Tan Mountains where he trains on five acres with a full stable and lighted arena facilities. Tim has served in the leadership of the Cave Creek Cutting Horse Association and Southern Arizona Cutting Horse Association for many years.

Jade specializes in cutting horses and reined cow horses. He won the AZCHA 2015 Futurity, along with AzCHA 2016 Derby Horse, and was Reserve World Champion in the Level 2 AQHA Junior Cutting. Many of Jades' clients have gone on to compete in the NCHA World Finals Top 15. Including NCHA Rookie of the Year 2019, along with World Champion 2K Rider 2019, and Reserve World Champion 15k Amateur 2020. Jade has been on the AzCHA board of directors for 6 years and is also the Cave Creek Club Cutting Association President.

Forrest has started a great number of colts in his lifetime. Well he wanted something more and in 1993 he started training cutting horses. He has won $210,739.30 since then. Forrest has won futurity, derby, and classic titles like the DCCF in SD., and CHAN out of NE.  Forrest has also won several all around horse and all around rider at a number of weekend events.  Forrest and his wife Cindy live up on the Aquaris Mountains out Kingman, AZ running a ranch of approximately 600 cow/calf pairs so Forrest has plenty of cattle to work the cutting horses on.

Mike Wood Performance Horses is a professional cutting horse training barn located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Owned and operated by Mike Wood and Roper Curtiss, their program includes training and showing weekend and aged event cutting horses. The success of MWPH can be seen through the multiple NCHA World and National Championships Mike holds in both novice classes and the Open class. MWPH has also left an imprint in the futurity pen, having produced NCHA futurity semifinalists, as well as aged event finalists and champions. Additionally, Mike and Roper work alongside Non-Pro and Amateur clients, enabling them to achieve their goals. Mike has trained many world finalists, as well as several world champions in all classes. Mike and Roper are dedicated to their clients, ensuring their experiences are educational and rewarding.
